Shipping
We process internet orders during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, here at our warehouse in Reno.
Depending on when you submit your order, it will typically be processed the following day. If you submit your order overnight, then it will be processed the same day. Your order will normally be picked up by the carrier the day after it is processed. So, typically, your order will be shipped on order date + 2.
We ship by UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping time from Reno to the East Coast is normally 5 to 6 days by UPS Ground Service. USPS Priority guarantees 2 to 3 days. If you have a small order such as 1 or 2 boxes of SanoTint hair color or a few bottles of essential oils, then you may want to consider Priority Mail if you live on the east coast.

We understand that many of our customers order SanoTint hair color for a specific event, such as a hairdresser appointment. We do our best to work within your schedule, but please remember that UPS 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Air, only guarantees delivery in the afternoon. If you need to have the product in your hand in the morning, then you need to specify Morning Delivery or schedule it to be there the previous day.
Also, for customers in northern California, particularly the San Francisco Bay Area, UPS ground service will be next day delivery, so it is not necessary to specify 2nd day Air or Overnight.
Please Note: for our international customers, we can only estimate the shipping charges to your destination from the U.S. You will be responsible to pay any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes and fees associated with processing your shipment once it arrives in your country.
Also please note: if you accept our offer for free shipping, then we will ship your order in the most cost-effective and expeditious manner possible. In some cases, we may decide to ship your order by USPS Priority Mail. If your delivery situation prevents you from receiving mail by either the U.S. Post Office, or by UPS, then please leave detailed instructions in the Customer Notes section when you place your order as to how you want your package delivered.
Returns
All sales are final, there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, or if we make a mistake with processing your order, please call our office as soon as possible to arrange for a return authorization.
Please do not return product to us without first obtaining a return authorization.
